Is the K810i a good phone?

my old phone recently broke the w850i and i've been looking for a new one and i've found a new one The K810i it looks really nice to me and really want to get it, is it a good phone?

i'm just looking for a phone i can use as an occasional ipod with a good camera is it good for that?
