We are often faced with inevitable questions like, "What's the best city in Europe?" which for me is impossible to answer. If all of us would pick the best city among other cities there is in a country, we might find ourselves wobbling out of the orbit as there is a possible weight imbalance occurence. You see, almost everyone of us wants the best, so if there is really one best city, most of us would rather stay in the best place, leaving the other cities isolated.

As for the lowest ranking city in Europe, which means the 50th chosen city was Milan. But who knows, everything might change since there is really no permanent in this world except change.
